Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cocktail bartender in a hotel, bar, or lifestyle venue.
• Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and spirits.
• Confidence in guest interaction and upselling.
• Experience with stock control and bar hygiene standards.
