Join our team at Strand Palace, in the heart of central London! We are looking for a dedicated Bartender to craft exceptional cocktails for our guests, ensuring outstanding service and memorable dining experiences. Help us bring our mission of 'Serving London Love' to life!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve house and bespoke cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using the appropriate garnish to the required standard.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu and standard cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and champagnes, offering suggestions and recommendations as required.
• Manage and anticipate guest expectations to provide a personalised service.
• Maximize food and drink revenue by offering suggestions and recommendations to suit customers' individual tastes.
• Receive and serve bar food orders in a timely manner from order to service at the Bar. Go above and beyond to create unforgettable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferable.
• Confident conversationalist, always engaging with guests.
• Passion to deliver excellent experiences.
