A family-run UK airport food and beverage business is seeking a skilled barista to deliver exceptional coffee service. The role involves ensuring high customer satisfaction and working collaboratively with the team. Ideal candidates will have significant barista experience and commitment to customer service. This hourly position includes various shifts, emphasizing hospitality and sales.
We are a family-run UK business operating food and beverage outlets at airports, delivering exceptional experiences to every customer. You’ll be a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic team player, passionate about coffee and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in a vibrant coffee-stop setting. This is an hourly paid role, with shifts that may include early mornings (e.g., 2 am) or late finishes (e.g., 11.30 pm), but no split or double shifts are required.
In this role, you’ll ensure that every customer enjoys a consistently high level of service, adhering to our company policies and procedures. You’ll deliver an outstanding coffee-stop experience, working effectively with the back-of-house team to provide first-class service with particular attention to hospitality and the promotion of sales.
