Job description

LSH Auto is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious coffee and other beverages while ensuring a fantastic customer experience. As a Barista at LSH Auto, you'll be part of a fast‑paced environment where your skills in coffee preparation and customer service will shine.

Your primary duties will include making drinks and food, keeping the café area clean and organised, and engaging with customers to offer them a warm and inviting experience. Ensuring food safety standards are adhered to and necessary paperwork is completed accurately, end‑of‑shift banking.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week including weekends

Salary: Up to £25,467 dependant on age

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
