Overview

Albert Cottage is a beautiful boutique hotel with bar and restaurant facilities set in 2.5 acres of stunning grounds. In addition to our regular restaurant and bar service, we host weddings, functions, parties and events. The venue is stylish and elegant and the atmosphere lively and vibrant.

Available roles

• One full time permanent person (shifts to range across the week, including evenings and weekends 40 hours per week)
• Two part time permanent staff (one on breakfast shifts 7-12 noon three days a week and one evening shift hours, week and weekend - 20 hours a week)
• Casual function staff (usually Friday and/or Saturday night and Sunday day as and when required)

Requirements and development

At least two years experience in a hospitality public facing environment preferred but would consider others as in-house training is given. We also provide the opportunity for professional and personal development and have a staff discount scheme.
