About the Role

Bar Manager Malmaison – Manchester Piccadilly

You will be a hands‑on operator who uses your knowledge and experience to motivate, educate and inspire your team to deliver the best guest experience. You have similar experience as a Bar Manager in high‑profile bars, thrive in high volume environments, and deliver high standards whilst working under pressure. You will manage daily and weekly paperwork, stock control systems and rotating schedules within budget, while also writing rotas. You will participate in internal cocktail competitions and stay up‑to‑date with the latest drink trends.

About You
