Job Description

You will assist the Banking & Finance team with:

  • Onboarding arrangements for clients and preparing engagement letters
  • Drafting and managing transactional documents and conditions precedent
  • Preparing documents for completion and checking legal documentation
  • Supporting the team in delivering outstanding client service
  • Managing payment instruction forms and invoices, ensuring smooth workflow
The Successful Applicant
  • Previous experience in Banking & Finance or similar legal environment
  • Property finance or real estate finance experience desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail
