Working closely with Real Estate Finance colleagues, as well as key partners such as banks, alternative SME finance providers, corporate financiers, and accountants, the team takes a practical, commercial approach to deliver tailored, high-quality advice.

The firm's strong lender panel relationships provide unique insight into market trends and commercial challenges, allowing the team to act swiftly and strategically in structuring deals. The Role:

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to advise on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including: Acquisition finance, Asset finance/ABL, Secured lending and debt restructuring and refinancing.

With strong support from the firm's Corporate and Real Estate Finance teams, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop a high-performing practice while leveraging the firm's existing lender relationships and extensive market reach.

Requirements:

We are looking for a commercially minded and ambitious Banking & Finance Partner who is eager to take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have:

• A background in Corporate M&A with extensive Banking & Finance experience OR existing specialisation in Banking & Finance.
• Strong experience advising lenders, borrowers, and institutions on complex finance transactions.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to develop client relationships and grow the practice.
• Excellent technical expertise and the ability to handle a broad range of finance matters.
