Role

Upon joining this Top 50 firm, you will be a key part of the team and you will be involved in a broad range of corporate and asset-based lending transactions across Scotland and the UK.

You'll support leveraged finance deals for both lenders and private equity clients and take ownership of your own matters while working alongside senior colleagues and specialists across the firm.

From day one, you'll be involved in client-facing work, with opportunities to help shape the direction of future business opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Banking and Finance Solicitor to gain hands-on experience with a diverse client base in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
