A leading specialist orthopaedic hospital in Oswestry seeks a Bank Switchboard Operator to provide high-quality telephonist duties. The role involves operating the switchboard, responding to emergencies, and assisting staff and the public. Ideal candidates will have experience in similar roles and qualifications at GCSE level. Who we’re looking for…

To provide a high quality standard of telephonist/receptionist duties within the hospital’s switchboard department. Ensuring the highest standard of customer care to staff, patients and visitors.
