CJP Outreach Services are looking to expand our teams by recruiting dedicated and passionate Bank Support Workers to provide high‑quality support to the people we work with.
The successful candidates will play a crucial role in enriching individuals’ quality of life, promoting independence, and supporting their overall well‑being. This includes offering meaningful companionship, facilitating community engagement, and encouraging choice and autonomy.
An understanding of epilepsy and autism is essential. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within complex care or a healthcare environment and be in good general health, as the role involves moving and handling.
Knowledge and experience in complex care tasks would be highly beneficial for this role. This includes PEG feeding, supporting individuals with cerebral palsy, and providing tracheostomy care, such as suctioning and using a cough assist device. Experience with nebulisers, manual handling, pressure care, and delivering personal care is also advantageous, enabling you to provide safe, consistent, and person‑centred support.
This rewarding role involves supporting individuals either in their Mobility vehicle or your own vehicle, therefore a full clean driving licence is required.
