Responsibilities
- As a Senior Support Worker, supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring values-based support is delivered to the highest standards to the people we support.
- Support adults with various conditions including learning disabilities (LD), dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person-centered basis, including following care plans, administering medication and assisting with daily living.
- Contribute to high-quality care and support provision, ensuring a safe, respectful environment for those we support.
Qualifications
- Supervise staff members and delegate responsibilities, ensuring values-based support is delivered to the highest standard; previous Support Worker experience is essential.
- Support adults with mental health illnesses on a person-centered basis; tasks include following a care plan, administering medication, accessing the community and domestic tasks such as shopping and daily living support.
