A leading healthcare provider is looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join the team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services, ensuring patient-focused care. The role involves managing a diverse caseload in the outpatient and inpatient settings, and you must have at least 3 years of experience, a relevant degree, and HCPC registration. You will assist with the clinical responsibilities pertaining to theeveryday organisation and efficient running of the physiotherapy service,including in-patient on a weekend rota.
You will ensure the provision of a comprehensivephysiotherapy service, ensuring that all treatments and interventions are of aconsistently high standard, evidence informed and patient focused.

You will be responsible for assisting in prioritising patient referrals, allocating and organising the work of colleagues and assistant staff to meet service priorities on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for organising and planning your own caseload to meet service and patient priorities.
You will adopt a flexible and participative approach to innovation and change and promote patients individuality and dignity at all times.
You will be required to participate in evening, weekend and bank holiday working in conjunction with meeting the service needs of the Centre and hospital.
You will be required to participate in CPD sessions/initiatives and in-service training programmes.
You will be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of your own work including the management of patients in your care.
