• Experience of writing accurate records.
• Evidence of provision of high standards of clinical care.
• Valid Driving Licence and the use of a vehicle for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provide vaccinations to housebound patients in the Bromley borough.
• Contribute to holistic assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care.
• Support in-house mentorship training scheme with placement students.

Skills

Basic clinical skills including wound care

Good knowledge of end of life care

Teaching and assessing skills

Experience in administration of drugs
