A healthcare organization in Watford seeks Advanced Clinical Practitioners (Nurse/Paramedic) to provide urgent care across various locations in Hertfordshire. HUC is seeking experienced Advanced Nurse/Clinical Practitioners to join our integrated urgent care services across Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, West Essex, and Somerset. Working in partnership with local healthcare providers, our portfolio includes Out-of-Hours (OOH) GP care, Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs), and the Acute In Hours Visiting Service (AIHVS), with many sites co‑located in hospitals, GP surgeries, and health centres to ensure seamless patient care.
This highly autonomous role is central to delivering safe, effective, and responsive care for a diverse patient population, often managing complex and undifferentiated cases. You will operate within a dynamic multidisciplinary environment alongside GPs,Advanced and Urgent Care Practitioners, Paramedics, and non‑clinical staff, ensuring patient safety and service quality. Flexibility to work across various services, locations, and patient presentations is essential. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to service transformation, support equitable access, and help strengthen local healthcare system resilience throughout HUC's urgent care portfolio.

Acute In Hours Visiting Service (AIHVS)Welwyn Garden City Operational Hours: 7 days a week, 09:00 17:00
