  • Perform clinical screening for inpatient and outpatient Systemic Anti‑Cancer Therapies (SACT)
  • Provide expert clinical pharmacy support to haematology wards
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective treatment plans
  • Conduct final accuracy checks and release SACT doses produced within an aseptic unit
  • Complete drug histories and medicines reconciliations for ward patients
  • Support safe and well‑coordinated discharges through effective patient communication and counselling
Requirements

  • Valid driving licence for travel between sites
