We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Senior Pharmacist with experience in general medical and surgical clinical pharmacy to join our esteemed client in London. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment, where you will be responsible for providing specialised pharmaceutical care to patients in medical and surgical wards. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of medication management, which is critical for patient health and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and managing the pharmaceutical needs of patients in general medical and surgical wards. You will develop and implement tailored medication plans, monitor patient progress, and work closely with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure comprehensive patient care. You will also provide education and support to patients and their families, and maintain meticulous records and documentation.
