We are looking for an experienced and inspirational leader to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our Critical Care Follow‑Up Service. This role includes responsibility for service development, clinical governance, staff development, and training, ensuring the highest standards of professional practice and patient care.
You will provide expert clinical leadership, supervise practice, audit, research, and teaching to continuously improve care quality and patient experience. The service delivers comprehensive follow‑up care for patients recovering from critical illness, addressing physical, psychological, and social needs in line with NICE guidance and national best practice.
The successful candidate will combine advanced clinical skills with strong leadership and operational management, ensuring safe, effective care and optimal use of resources.
