Duration: 3 Months

Rate: £28-£32 per hour

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to join our client’s dynamic healthcare team in Dartford. This role is ideal for a proactive and knowledgeable pharmacist passionate about delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care. The successful candidate will support the safe and effective use of medicines across various clinical areas, contributing to improved patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on the safe, effective, and economical use of medicines.
  • Conducting medication reviews and supporting prescribing decisions.
  • Ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Mentoring junior staff.
  • Supporting audits and service development initiatives to enhance patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent.
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience.
