Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to formulate, implement, and monitor complex patient care plans.
Provide expert education and emotional support to patients and their families throughout treatment and recovery.
Stay up to date with evolving clinical practices, innovations, and therapies within the field of oncology.
Conduct regular assessments, evaluate patient progress, and adapt care strategies in response to clinical developments.
NMC-registered Nurse with substantial experience in oncology or haematology nursing.
Proven ability to work autonomously at a Band 7 level within complex care settings.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on holistic, patient-led care.
Strong background in coordinating multidisciplinary input and managing patient pathways.
