We are currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Band 7 CBT Therapist to join a dedicated mental health team in Eastleigh, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment delivering evidence-based psychological therapies to individuals experiencing a range of common and complex mental health difficulties.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a Band 7 CBT Therapist, you will provide high-quality, structured psychological therapy using CBT models to individuals referred through primary or secondary care mental health services. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop collaborative treatment plans, and deliver individual and group-based interventions. You will also contribute to clinical supervision, service development, and outcome monitoring, working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure integrated care.
