This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for managing the care of elderly patients. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of pharmaceutical services, which are critical for accurate patient care and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the pharmaceutical care of elderly patients, dispensing medications, counselling patients on the correct use of their medications, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations. You will maintain meticulous records and documentation, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.
