Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a learning disabilities service within the last five years.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Be professionally accountable for a designated caseload of adults with complex health needs.
  • Work as a key member of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Support the development of the learning disability service in line with Valuing People Now 2009.
  • Supervise the work of junior staff within the service.
