Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse Locum Position within the Community Mental Health Team in King’s Lynn UK offering an hourly rate of £26.28. This ongoing position allows you the freedom to choose full time or part time hours, with core working hours being Monday to Friday, 9-5. However, flexibility is available to suit your schedule. What you will do

• Manage a caseload and deliver mental health care services to individuals with mental health care needs.
• Conduct planned care, risk assessments, and ongoing evaluations of patient needs, identifying suitability for potential discharge alongside the CTL.
• Initiate and attend patient-centred reviews, case conferences, and other required meetings.
• Advise Medical Officers and health and social care professionals of changes in patient conditions or circumstances.
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team and form partnerships with other care providers.
• Enable service users and carers to make informed decisions about their care.
• Provide caseload management supervision to junior staff under CTL direction.
• Assist with peer supervision and support patient independence.
• Complete physical health reviews and administer depot injections where necessary.
• Document notes on LORENZO in a prompt manner.
