The AHP team at Pulse has recently partnered with a leading healthcare provider, and we are currently seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our team. This role is based in North Cornwall, easily accessible via public transport. As an Audiologist, you will play a crucial role in clinical and service development to ensure patient care is planned, delivered, and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to create and maintain a robust service, seamlessly incorporating other centre services.
Your main responsibilities as an Audiologist:
You will conduct hearing tests for potential customers in accordance with HCPC standards and BSHAA guidelines. You will advise on and sell suitable remedial hearing solutions based on test results. You will process orders and perform administrative tasks as required. You will deliver excellent aftersales service, respond to service calls, and resolve issues and queries promptly and professionally.
