We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adult Neuro Rehab Speech and Language Therapist to join a community-based team in South West London. The role is available immediately, with an initial 3-month contract. Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work with adults in the community who have neurological conditions, providing rehabilitation and therapy focused on improving their speech, language, and communication abilities. You will carry out detailed assessments, develop tailored therapy plans, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, you will provide support for patients with swallowing difficulties, offer advice on strategies for communication, and monitor progress. You will work closely with patients and their families to ensure they receive the best care possible, promoting independence and quality of life.
