A diverse healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support the continence care service. You will conduct reviews, maintain patient records, and collaborate with various healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Candidates should have knowledge of relevant healthcare processes and excellent communication skills. To support the Ealing Bladder and Bowel Health Service in the provision of high quality continence care to patients in their own homes and other clinical settings across Ealing. The Health Care Assistant works under the supervision of the Continence Specialist Nurses. The post holder will work in collaboration with colleagues across the Trust and liaise with other partnership agencies.
