A healthcare provider in Birmingham is seeking an Admin Support professional for the Clinical Photography team. This role involves processing patient data, ensuring confidentiality, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will support the teledermatology service and assist in liaising with healthcare professionals. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. The position is full-time with a commitment to patient care and safety.

This important role will provide a comprehensive and effective service to support the smooth and efficient running of the Community Based Teledermatology Photography service. To work as part of the Clinical Photography team alongside other staff within the department, providing a service to the wider multidisciplinary teams across the Trust. Working in a supervised and supportive environment, the post holder is required to communicate effectively and courteously with a range of internal/external personnel, patients and carers. Provide a high level of customer service delivery when coming into contact with patients.
