• Several years of experience in developing baked goods with a strong understanding of ingredients, processes, and functionality.
• Confident designing and running experiments, analyzing data, and writing reports.
• Track record of managing and delivering a portfolio of projects within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of baked snacks projects from conception to commercialization.
• Design and lead robust experimental plans with a focus on data-led decision-making.
• Collaborate across KP and the wider Intersnack network to ensure technical soundness of projects.
• Influence the overall UK R&D agenda and nurture R&D talent.
