Overview

B2B Telesales Account Manager

Starting base £25,000, OTE £40,000+ uncapped

We are looking for an experienced B2B Telesales Executive / Internal Sales Consultant for our client in Motherwell. A previous background in outbound sales is required, with experience in most B2B / SME sales areas being of interest as the skills are very transferable to their sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new leads and opportunities and generate sales with business customers of all sizes, and then aim to fully account manage their account and cross-sell and upsell other additional products and services during their time with as a customer of the company.
  • Make a high volume of outbound telesales calls and speak with decision makers at the highest level within a target business.
  • Demonstrate fantastic rapport-building and listening skills.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Experience in B2B Telesales / Internal Sales; outbound sales background is required.
  • Target-driven, money-motivated and capable of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to speak with decision makers at senior levels and build strong rapport.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Location: Motherwell (as the role is for our client in Motherwell).
Compensation

Starting base salary: £25,000

On target earnings (OTE): £30,000 - £40,000+; top performers in this role can earn £60,000 - £70,000 per year, though building a base may take time.
