The Position

We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Specialist to develop and oversee our B2B marketing campaigns to promote our brands and platform to wedding vendors across our 13 international markets.

2023 is a key year for growth, with many new campaigns underway and many more possibilities to explore!

You will be part of the international B2B team, working closely with colleagues across the UK, Europe, and India to drive vendor engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate demand through valuable content and campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and priorities while having fun!

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing projects from integrated campaigns to channel-specific initiatives that drive action, engagement, and retention from vendors to support sales growth
  • Supporting the Vendor Engagement Manager on larger projects and daily implementation of marketing strategies
  • Contributing to content plans—blog posts, guides, webinars—and creating high-quality material
  • Updating sales collateral and facilitating collaboration between marketing and sales teams
  • Managing vendor-facing social media channels
  • Collaborating with design and internal teams to produce promotional materials
  • Preparing marketing reports and success metrics
  • Conducting industry competitor analysis
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing coordination or similar roles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for playful copy and editing non-native speakers’ work. Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to track details and bring projects to completion.
  • Data-driven mindset, focused on performance optimization and impact measurement.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages, especially Italian, are a plus.
