Cloud support engineer opportunity for a UK-based SaaS business that provides secure cloud collaboration tools trusted by government and enterprise clients for their most sensitive projects.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE WORK, YOU MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO GO THROUGH A HIGH LEVEL OF SECURITY CLEARANCE

Im looking to add a CloudSupport Engineerwith a track record inAWSandLinuxto support infrastructure, assist clients, and get involved across cloud operations and implementations.
You’ll get hands-on with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch), help manage client onboarding, support production issues, and work closely with DevOps and R&D teams. There's also the opportunity to write automation scripts (Bash/Python) and support wider AI-based deployments.

To secure the role you will need to have:

  • Knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch)
  • Comfortable in a Linux environment, ideally with some scripting (Bash, Python)
  • Good problem-solving mindset and solid communication skills
  • Interest in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and secure tech
  • Someone happy to work across support, infrastructure and client delivery
