Overview

We are looking for a talented and versatile EA/Office/Ops Manager to join this extremely successful and well-renowned Creative Advertising Agency. Working in an iconic London location and in-office four days a week and one day from home, this role will suit someone who is comfortable wearing many hats and manage many different project simultaneously. This is an extremely exciting position which will see you working with many different parts of the business and become a pivotal cog, and duties will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary management for CEO and MD exercising confidentiality
  • Expenses for board
  • Travel Bookings
  • Assist Finance Director with training organisation
  • Building PowerPoint presentations for CEO & MD, use of instincts and experience to help with proactive proposals
  • Confidential HR Support
  • Lead, manage and motivate the Support team – reception, office and IT
  • Organise and co-ordinate an efficient and streamlined back-office support
  • Assist Finance Director and CEO with negotiations and delivery of either office stay or relocation
  • Manage all facilities maintenance to be health and safety compliant including fire alarm testing, a healthy office environment free of trips and hazards, working equipment, clean and tidy building
  • Build strong relationships with all facility suppliers
  • Maintain and negotiate maintenance contracts
  • Deliver IT solutions to be digital first
  • Leading Office Culture
  • Manage equipment to deliver efficient meeting rooms for the benefit of client and agency staff supported by IT
  • Event co-ordination for agency parties and support with events (if required)
