  • Develop and maintain lesson plans, schemes of work, presentations, handouts, practical task guides and competency assessment tools.
  • Ensure training programmes encompass practical skills, human factors, safety management principles, and awarding body / regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Horizon scan aviation and training sector developments to embed best practice and appropriate innovation.
Training Delivery, Coaching and Mentoring
  • Deliver high-quality instruction across internal and external programmes, adapting delivery to different learning styles and experience levels.
  • Coach technicians and engineers in correct procedures, standards and behaviours, including company paperwork and customer documentation requirements.

  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset (internal stakeholders and external Avensa customers).
  • A drive to work toward teaching/training and assessment qualifications with company support.
Desirable
  • Part-66 licence and/or type experience (or equivalent demonstrable competence).
  • Previous experience mentoring, coaching, training or supervising others in a maintenance environment.
