A leading crane and lifting equipment specialist seeks an experienced Mobile Crane Service Technician for a field service role based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Qualifications

• Minimum four years’ experience in HGV, plant or crane engineering or a similar mechanical service environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.
• Clear and professional communication skills with a strong customer focus.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct servicing, diagnostics, repairs, inspections and warranty work on mobile cranes.
• Support customers with operator familiarisation and provide high quality aftersales advice.
• Deliver accurate service reporting in a timely manner.
