As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met while facilitating smooth operations within the dealership.

Key Details
  • Salary: £30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (£38,000)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 6 PM
  • Weekends OFF
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on services offered.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the work order process efficiently.
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure a clear understanding of service requirements and customer concerns.
  • Provide detailed estimates and explain the services to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with automotive service processes and related software is preferred.
