Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably in HGV/commercial vehicle sector.
  • Comfortable using dealership systems and parts ordering software.
  • Organised, proactive, and a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and supply parts to both retail and trade customers.
  • Provide professional and efficient customer service.
  • Accurately process orders and maintain stock control.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal workshop.
  • Assist with pricing, quotations, and order follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively with the Parts Manager and team.

Commercial Parts Advisor Required for Main Dealership - Reading

Basic Salary: Up to £31,000 + £4,000 Bonus – £35,000+.

Family-Run Business | Multi-Brand Workshop.

Monday-Friday 8AM-5.30PM with 1 in 2 Saturday Mornings paid at overtime rate.

We are currently recruiting for a knowledgeable and customer‑focused HGV Parts Advisor to join our client’s busy and successful team in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in commercial vehicle parts to join a reputable and growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and supply parts to both retail and trade customers.
