Overview

Automotive Manufacturing Production Technician

Location: Coventry

Salary: £29,000 - £34,000

Rotating Shifts: AM – 06:00 to 14:00 (early finish on Friday at 13:10) PM – 14:00 to 22:30 (early finish on Friday at 18:20)

As the Automotive Manufacturing Production Technician, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the manufacturing operations within our client\'s Coventry facility. You will lead a team of 5 skilled professionals, ensuring that production meets quality standards and operational efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The Role

• Lead and support a small production team to deliver top-quality results on time.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Solve technical challenges and support the team in troubleshooting issues.
• Train and mentor operators to help them reach their full potential.
• Ensure all safety, quality, and maintenance standards are met.
