A major UK organisation is seeking an Automation Support Manager to establish an internal automation support function. You'll build processes, improve governance, and lead the transition from third-party service providers. Key responsibilities include hands-on support with the Power Platform and overseeing workflows through ServiceNow. This is the first hire into the team, so you will put the foundations in place. That includes bringing support back in-house, setting processes, improving governance and creating a support model that actually works for the business. Early on you will be hands‑on with the Power Platform and small pieces of development. As the team grows there is clear progression into leadership and ownership of standards.
