Weir Group is accelerating its digital transformation and global growth strategy by embedding Intelligent Automation across its operations. As part of this journey, we are seeking a Senior Consultant – Process Mining (Intelligent Automation) to play a pivotal role in identifying, designing, and delivering automation solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the business.
This role sits within the Intelligent Automation team in our Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) function and supports a wide range of business units globally. You will be at the forefront of our process mining initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, define future-state processes, and implement automation solutions using platforms such as Celonis and SAP.
As a lead consultant, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, translating insights into actionable outcomes. You’ll be hands-on in solution development while also guiding teams through the “what, why, and how” of process transformation.
