Qualifications

• Experience in care work, support roles, youth services, or psychology is valuable.
• Knowledge of ASC, ADHD, or SEMH is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with Autism and additional needs during lessons.
• Assist class teacher in day-to-day classroom running.
• Deliver 1:1 interventions tailored to individual learning styles.
• Help manage behaviour positively and consistently.
• Collect evidence of pupil progress for assessment.
• Promote independence and emotional regulation.

Skills

Experience working with children
