A specialist SEND school in Halesowen is seeking an Autism Learning Support Assistant to support children with Autism and learning difficulties. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working with SEND. This role offers 35 hours per week and the potential for a permanent position. Training and professional development opportunities are provided, alongside a competitive referral bonus.

Hours: 35 hours per week (8:30am – 3:30pm)

Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and proactive Autism Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The role is great for someone with natural affinity with children and a desire to make a difference. Direct school experience is not essential; applicants with backgrounds in care work, support roles, youth services, psychology, or roles supporting vulnerable individuals are welcome. Transferable skills from education, healthcare, or social services are valued.
