Our client has a new opportunity for an AV Technician to join their team. The role involves supporting the Discipline Head and Senior AV & IT Logistics Manager as part of a professional team delivering high-quality technical presentation services to events — primarily within the venue and occasionally at external locations.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a confident, professional, and approachable manner at all times when working with clients, venue staff, colleagues, and production companies, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.
The AV Department is part of the Operations team, which prides itself on delivering exemplary levels of customer service to enhance the visitor experience.
The department delivers Audio Visual services for the venue and is a key part of its success, incorporating many specialists in the AV industry. They work closely with event managers to organise and operate most events, providing first‑class AV technology to clients.
