Ready to take centre stage in the live events world?

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager with a passion for bringing high-impact live, virtual and hybrid events to life. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating unforgettable experiences, we want to hear from you.

Our client has been delivering technical solutions for live events across the UK, Europe, and beyond since the mid-90s. From global conferences to high-end corporate showcases, they provide cutting-edge sound, light, video, stage, power and media to clients who expect the best.

Based in West Yorkshire, their tight-knit team is known for making the magic happen – and having some fun along the way.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a central role in delivering exceptional live event experiences. You’ll be working across a wide portfolio of projects – from sleek boardroom productions to jaw-dropping stage shows – and no two days will be the same.

You’ll handle it all: from the client brief through to showtime – with the support of a highly experienced in-house team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the planning and execution of live events across the UK and occasionally overseas
  • Attending client meetings, site visits and production briefings
  • Designing technical and creative solutions tailored to each event
  • Producing quotes, CAD drawings, schedules, visuals and pitch documents
  • Coordinating crew, logistics, kit and transport using resource management tools
  • Managing on-site delivery and being the go-to person during events
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards
  • Building client relationships and seeking out future opportunities
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Looking for someone with experience in the live events industry and a natural flair for pulling all the pieces together.

You should have:

  • A strong understanding of AV, sound, lighting, rigging, staging, and set
  • Proven success in delivering complex, high-quality corporate events
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Great time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to lead from the front
  • A good sense of humour – we work hard but don’t take ourselves too seriously
  • A full UK driving licence
