The AV (Audio-Visual) Implementation Engineer is responsible for overseeing the deployment, integration, and configuration of AV systems in various settings, including conference rooms, training spaces, auditoriums, and other specialized environments. The role requires expertise in AV hardware, software, troubleshooting, and the ability to work closely with project managers, vendors, and end-users to ensure the successful installation and functionality of AV systems.
The Implementation Engineer role will act as SME, and as part of a team, responsible for implementation, operation, troubleshooting and vendor escalation of AV equipment, including conference AV and unified communication systems and OUS conference room retrofits and new deployments.
