Angard Staffing is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Parcel Hub Team Leader at the Atherstone (15 Carlyon Rd, Atherstone CV9 1LQ). This is a fantastic opportunity to lead operations in a fast-paced, strategically important environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure risk assessments and safe systems of work are in place and followed.
• Manage shift budgets and drive achievement of performance metrics.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively in collaboration with other managers.
• Maximise automation throughput and manage maintenance escalations.
• Lead and support team performance reviews and development.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and lead change initiatives.
• Act as the Dedicated Person In Control (PIC) when required.
