We are looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join the Technology Transactions team within our Commercial Practice Group in the London office on a six-month fixed term contract.

Due to the current demands within our Tech Transactions team, we are looking for an associate to support both complex technology related projects and the day to day contracting requirements of companies being changed by technology or providing technology products and services.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will need to understand and have experience of technology related work (e.g. software licensing, cloud/SaaS agreements, outsourcing agreements, AI contracts) as well as general commercial contracting experience.

  • The ability to manage aspects of complex matters and clients, with proven negotiation skills.
  • Ideally, candidates will have had exposure to working in one or more of the following key sectors: Retail & Consumer, Financial Services, Aviation & Defence and/or Technology-related sectors.
