Location: Bristol Office (Hybrid & Flexible)

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 depending on experience

Chadwick Nott is pleased to be working with a highly regarded law firm on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join their Real Estate team in Bristol. The Role

You'll be joining a dynamic and collaborative team delivering complex, high-value work across the UK and internationally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on real estate development matters, particularly within housebuilding, regeneration, and social housing
  • Managing a diverse caseload for clients including housing associations, charities, developers, and local authorities
  • Leading on transactions and providing strategic advice on development and investment projects
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver joined-up legal solutions
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture
  • Staying abreast of sector trends and policy developments impacting housing and regeneration

Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a solicitor with:

  • 5+ years PQE in real estate law, ideally gained at a national or City firm
  • Experience in development work, with a focus on social housing or regeneration
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
