What You'll Be Doing:

• Find and win new clients through sales, outreach, and relationship building
• Source top candidates, interview them, and match them to the right opportunities
• Manage your own desk, grow your network, and become a go-to expert in your niche
• Smash targets and earn commission for every placement you make
• Work hard, learn fast, and progress quickly — your career is in your hands
