Job summary

A leading physical assets management consultancy in the UK seeks Quantity Surveyors and Cost Verification Consultants to join their team. The ideal candidates will have experience in providing commercial services for complex construction projects worth over £100m, knowledge of NEC4/NR/FIDIC contracts, and UK infrastructure experience. If you are newly MRICS qualified or have relevant experience at various seniority levels, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career while working on significant projects.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Experience on £100m+ complex construction projects.
• Ambitious and highly motivated individuals are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-contract and post-contract commercial services.
• Administer or audit NEC4/NR/FIDIC contracts.
• Work with HS2, Network Rail, and EDF projects.
